Τα πρώτα χρόνια της ηλεκτρονικής «ύπαρξης» του ψηφιακού Μουσείου Φυσικής Ιστορίας της Κέρκυρας, η λειτουργία του εκφράστηκε μέσω της ιστοσελίδας http://corfunature.gr/ και η επικοινωνία μέσω του ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου emuseumcorfu@gmail.com
Η πρόσφατη παγκόσμια επιδημιολογική κρίση (COVID-19) , σε συνδυασμό με διάφορα τεχνικά προβλήματα, οδήγησαν σε προσωρινή ηλεκτρονική «αναστολή» της λειτουργίας.
Για το συγκεκριμένο ¨δύσκολο¨ χρονικό διάστημα, θα πρέπει να αναφερθεί η ιδιαίτερη στήριξη που έλαβε το ψηφιακό Μουσείο Φυσικής ς Ιστορία Κέρκυρας από την μεταπτυχιακό Ιχθυολόγο και υποψήφια διδάκτορα μοριακής βιολογίας.

Το τελευταίο χρονική διάστημα, το ψηφιακό Μουσείο Φυσικής Ιστορίας της Κέρκυρας επαναλειτουργεί μέσω της ιστοσελίδας https://corfunature.gr και η ηλεκτρονική «επικοινωνία» πραγματοποιείται μέσω του ταχυδρομείου:
Θεωρείται απαραίτητο να τονιστεί ότι η σχετική επικοινωνία με το Μουσείο θα πρέπει να διαπνέεται από τον παραδοσιακό τρόπο επικοινωνίας των Μουσείων Φυσικής Ιστορίας εις τα οποία εκθέτεται και αναδεικνύεται, η φυσική βιοποικιλότητα και διάφορα θέματα επιστήμης, υγείας, εκπαίδευσης και ιστορίας.
Σύμφωνα με τα παραπάνω, θα πρέπει να αποφεύγονται, τα ρατσιστικά και σεξιστικά σχόλια, οι προσωπικές προσβολές, το κήρυγμα, , η αστυνόμευση, οι διαφημιστικές αναφορές, η κομματική και η θρησκευτική προπαγάνδα, οι προσβλητικές ειρωνείες και η προσωπολατρία.
Όποια αναφορά θα βρίσκεται στα αναφερόμενα πλαίσια, δεν θα λαμβάνεται υπόψη και θα διαγράφεται, χωρίς καμία προειδοποίηση.

Si ritiene necessario sottolineare che la relativa comunicazione con il Museo deve ispirarsi alla tradizionale modalità di comunicazione dei Musei di Storia Naturale in cui sono esposte ed evidenziate la biodiversità naturale e le diverse discipline scientifiche, sanitarie, educative e storiche.
In conformità con quanto sopra, dovrebbero essere evitati commenti razzisti e sessisti, insulti personali, predicazioni, attività di polizia, riferimenti pubblicitari, propaganda di partito e religiosa, ironie offensive e adorazione personale.
